4. How do I install my new lighting or chandelier?
Each product includes detailed installation instructions. For complex installations, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure safety and proper setup.
5. Are your products UL listed?
Yes. All our lighting products are compliant with UL standards to ensure safety and performance.
6. How can I cancel or modify an order?
- Customized orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Standard orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply due to processing costs.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to return a non-custom item after receipt, please contact us to initiate a return.
