At Swaroevan, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Defects or Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at support@swaroevaninfo.com with photos or videos.

After verification, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

2. Returns for Non-Defective Items

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (change of mind, size, etc.), you may do so within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  
• Proof of purchase is required.
  

3. Return Process

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Banks may take 8–15 business days to reflect the refund.

4. Replacements Without Return

If only parts are damaged during shipping or installation, you may request free replacement parts by emailing photos/videos and your order number to support@swaroevaninfo.com.

5. Order Cancellations

• Full refunds are available if canceled within 48 hours of order placement.
  
• After 48 hours or shipment, cancellations are not possible.
  
• A 25% handling fee applies to late cancellation requests.
